April Newsletter

Assuming the snow melts and we have spring weather… we will explore many spring topics. We will study the author Eric Carle and do several activities based on his books. We will discuss and do activities around Earth Day. We will also continue to work on social emotional development and preschool skills: sharing, taking turns, cooperative play, identifying emotions, etc.

We will continue our work toward IEP goals and curriculum based goals. For our friends headed off to Kindergarten in the Fall, we will begin conversations about going to Kindergarten. Teacher from Elementary schools will visit our classroom, and if you would like we can arrange for you to tour and meet the staff at your neighborhood school.

I’m a Little Snowman

I’m a little snowman short and fat. Here is my scarf and here is my hat. When the snow is falling come and play. Build a snowman every day.
